Hi, my name is Michael Palmer.  I'm a Business Coach and the founder of Beyondbreakthroughs.com Coaching.  As a coach, I'm privileged to work with people that want to be exceptional in their business and life. Our clients want to lead a life where they can look back and say "there is nothing left...I gave it my all and squeezed out every drop." A breakthrough moment occurs when a client sees that it has been their own self imposed limiting perceptions that have kept the lid on their performance. Beyond the breakthrough the pathway to results become clear, actions to take seem natural and the results come rapidly.

Let our own light shine

life-coach-neslon-mandela-let-our-light-shineThis quote was sent to me recently from an inspirational friend and it moved me emotionally. I have seen recently in my own life where I have allowed fear to stop me from being courageous in many situations in life. I have seen what this has cost me and more importantly the impact it has had on the people who have passed through my life. I have been lucky...better said...blessed to have amazing people in my life who saw beyond my fear and supported me through the most difficult times and let me shine in the very best times of my life. What is precious to me now is that I can clearly see beyond my own fear and pay back the costs I incurred and give back to those who are in need of what I needed.

Thank you to my past, present and future friends, family and teachers.

Expressed by Nelson Mandela in his Inauguration Speech in 1994, but actually written by Marianne Williamson.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
